    Privacy Policy

Restyn, Inc. (“Restyn”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains Restyn’s policies and practices regarding its use and disclosure of your personal information. Please keep in mind that Restyn may change this Privacy Policy from time to time; consequently, you should visit http://www.restyn.com/privacy-policy periodically to review Restyn’s latest Privacy Policy. Your use of www.restyn.com and/or any of its content and functionality (collectively, the “Site”) shall be construed as your consent to all of the terms and conditions set forth in Restyn’s Privacy Policy and its Terms of Use from time to time. Restyn does not direct the Site to individuals under the age of 18. You should immediately stop using the Site unless you are 18 years of age or older.

    Personal Information That Restyn Collects

In general, you can visit the Site without providing us with any personal information other than what we may collect through your IP address and cookies, your browser and devices, various technologies, and analytics (all described below). However, if you submit your resume through the Site, we will then have other personal information about you, which could include, and not be limited to, your name, address, telephone number, employer information, work history, job skills and preferences, education, and references. Should you contact us through a “contact us” form located on the Site, we will collect your name, phone number, email address, company name, and optional information that you provide (e.g., without limitation, a website and message).

    IP Addresses and Cookies

The IP address of every computer used to visit the Site is identified in our server log files when the Site is accessed, along with the time of the visit and the pages visited. Your IP address gives us an idea of your geographic location. It also helps us with administration of the Site by calculating usage levels and helping diagnose server problems.

Small data files that are transferred to your hard drive are also used to keep records of your visits to the Site (aka “cookies”). These records contain information about the frequency and length of your visits, pages visited, demographic information, language preference, and other activity-related information. We use cookies to facilitate and improve your visits to the Site. A cookie cannot read data from the visitor’s hard drive or read cookie files created by other sites. If you prefer not to accept a cookie, you can set your web browser to warn you before accepting cookies or you can refuse all cookies by turning them off in your web browser. If cookies are turned off, access to the Site or some of the Site’s content may not be possible.

    Your Browser or Devices

Certain information is collected by most browsers or automatically through your devices, which helps us make sure the Site functions properly. Such information includes information about your device(s), such as the Media Access Control (MAC) address, computer type (Windows or Mac), screen resolution, operating system name and version, device manufacturer and model, language, and Internet browser type and version.

    Miscellaneous Technologies and Analytics

Web beacons and clear GIFs (aka “pixel tags”) may be used to track your activities on the Site or with respect to emails that we send you. Such technologies are also used in our marketing efforts as they help us measure the success of our efforts (e.g., without limitation, response rates). Third-party analytics providers also help us track and analyze activities on the Site and may collect information regarding your use of other websites, apps and online resources. Our current providers are: Google Analytics and WordPress. You may be able to opt out of their analytics. If you are interested in doing so, you should visit their privacy policies for instructions.

    Our Use of Personal Information

Restyn may use your personal information to communicate with you regarding your inquiries, issues with the Site, new product or service offerings, and employment opportunities. We will also use your personal information to the extent necessary to perform our services, comply with law or legal proceedings, protect Restyn’s interests, and to address service, safety, and/or security concerns.

    How We Share Personal Information

If you share your resume with us, we may share that personal information and any other information that you share with us in connection with your job search with third parties who or which are seeking employees or contractors with your skills. In addition, we may share some or all of your personal information with our third-party service providers for purposes of marketing (including, for example, retargeting (see below)) or delivering our products and services. To the extent Restyn determines it necessary or appropriate, your personal information will also be shared with third parties to comply with applicable laws and legal proceedings and to protect the interests of Restyn and the safety of others. Should we sell or merge our business, your personal information will also be shared with the parties involved in the transaction. In all cases, Restyn uses commercially reasonable efforts to obtain confidentiality agreements and assurances of reasonable security practices prior to any disclosures. Restyn will never sell your personal information except as a component of the sale of Restyn’s business.

    Retargeting

Some of our third-party service providers may create advertising companies that track you (via your IP address) through pixel tags or other technologies so that you see advertisements for our services when you access and use other websites. This is known as “retargeted advertising”. If you would like the computer you are using to not be subject to retargeted advertising, visit
    http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp and http://www.aboutads.info/.

    Accuracy of Personal Information

If you have submitted your resume to Restyn and you would like to change its content or remove it from availability, you must email us at info@restyn.com. If you would like to change any other information that you have provided to Restyn, whether through the Contact Us page or other method, you should contact Restyn as set forth under the “Contact Restyn” heading below. In all cases, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the changes you’ve requested in a timely manner. Please be aware, however, that Restyn does not change or delete any information from its archive except as consistent with Restyn’s retention policies, as amended from time to time, or as required by law or order from an authority of competent jurisdiction.

    External Links

The Site may provide links to other third- party websites. Even if the third party is identified as an advisor, business partner, or having some other relationship with Restyn, Restyn is not responsible for the privacy policies, practices, or content of the other websites. Links to third-party sites are provided to you for convenience purposes only and you should access them at your own risk.

    California Privacy Rights

California’s "Shine the Light" law allows California residents to obtain a list of third parties to whom a business has disclosed personal information if the business shares such information with third parties for the direct marketing purposes of the third parties. Restyn does not disclose personal information of customers to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. If in the future Restyn intends to disclose personal information of customers to third parties for their direct marketing purposes, Restyn shall comply with the Shine the Light Law by providing appropriate advance notice and a cost-free means to exercise an opt-in/opt-out right or following any other alternative set forth in the law.
