He fine-tuned his expertise and proven processes during a six-year stint as a CIO shepherding a startup to market success and then guiding its integration post acquisition into Direct Energy, the largest energy retailer in North America. The startup, Astrum Solar, ranked #2 on Inc. Magazine’s 2012 List of Fastest Growing Private U.S. companies. Stephen is knowledgeable across many disciplines and industries. His past IT roles include positions with Public Savings Bank and Fila USA.
In addition to leading Restyn, Stephen is an investor in Panther Angels and a board member at Yet Analytics. Stephen earned a B.S. in Physics from The College of William and Mary and received a Master of Divinity degree from Bryn Athyn College

Justin comes to Restyn having most recently served as CIO for a registered investment advisor (RIA) in Boston, MA and brings proven experience in cybersecurity, IT problem solving, and operational excellence from his years of putting his life on the line as a decorated U.S. Marine, having honorably served our country on all seven continents and across multiple combat tours.
Justin’s unwavering dedication to optimizing systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business processes through the use of technology makes him an exceptional leader for our growing team. He is focused on providing high-quality, high-value, white-glove client experiences to our cybersecurity and managed services clients; while also continuing the growth and evolution of our enterprise software team’s implementation and support of truly differentiated ERP and CRM platforms for the businesses we serve.

As an IT strategist, Scott has provided thought leadership and advised dozens of companies ranging from startup ideation to small-mid market, and Fortune 500. Scott has built a unique reputation for combining strong business acumen with technology expertise while exhibiting the highest integrity. Scott served as CTO for Home Warranty of America where he designed, architected, developed, and managed the custom end-to-end digital technology platform that originally launched the company and led to its sale to a Fortune 500 energy and home services provider.
Alexander Alvarez

Alexander is a global financial leader whose engagement in financial business transformation internationally, has given him the experience of working in cross-cultural, functional environments of many industries. His ability of forward thinking has not only been beneficial in developing strategic business planning but also implementing of the financial structure, process, and requirements needed to support shared service centers and global financial reporting platforms that were scalable for future growth of the organizations.
